| Description: | The Senior Web Designer will create and maintain the company's web sites / presence at a high standard of design and functionality using industry standard techniques and technologies while working directly with internal customers |
| Duties: | Manage look & feel of web sites
Generate graphic designs for banner ads, landing pages, and other modules.
Design all graphical assets needed to develop a web interface including icons, controls, and layout elements.
Creates web graphics from existing product graphics.
Maintains content of sites current.
Designs emails, web banners and all graphics for Internet advertising using the Adobe Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Ilustrator, ImageReady and Flash).
Designs advertising support for search engine and affiliate marketing.
Tests functionality of all internet marketing materials
Have a discerning design eye and an aptitude for closing the gap between graphic design and web functionality.
Produce a track record of success and execute project plans smoothly and flawlessly.

| Qualifications: | Bachelors degree in graphic design, or related design discipline
Must have graphic design experience
2-4 years experience in web design
Strong experience designing with Adobe Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, etc).
Working knowledge of HTML, XHTML, and CSS
Familiar with designing HTML emails, display/banner ads, Flash
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues
Experience with Flash, PHP, Javascript and web database solutions is a strong plus.
Familiarity with SEO, Social Networking and WordPress Blogs
Desire to work in a team environment
Must be independent, self-motivated and able to manage priorities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
DESIRABLE:
BA in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred. Marketing experience with a Social Media emphasis. International marketing experience a plus.
