| Description: | This position reports to the VP of Product Development and is responsible for providing assistance to the development of the Pharmacy Technician Training Program. Following completion of the program this position will then transfer to our Student Support Department. |
| Duties: | - Assist the Lead Writer in the writing and editing of the Pharmacy Technician Training curriculum and course content.
- Working with consultants to ensure our curriculum is consistently up to date with the latest technology and practices performed within the industry.
- Coordinate the training needed for necessary staff members working closely with students, and potential students, on the program specifics.
- Coordinate essential tasks between various departments to ensure an efficient program launch, including Q.A. and beta testing. |
| Qualifications: | This position will require regular continuing education to maintain instructional skills and industry knowledge.
ESSENTIAL:
- 5+ years experience in the Pharmacy Technician Field
- P.T.C.B. Certification
-Experience as a mentor/trainer for Pharmacy Technicians
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
DESIRABLE:
- Experience as an instructor for Pharmacy Technicians preferred
- N.P.T.A. Membership
-Bachelors Degree |
