| Description: | This position reports to the Business Services Manager. As a representative of Career Step, LLC, this position will be a part of the academic partner team and work as a sales associate to develop and maintain dynamic relationships with partner institutions. |
| Duties: | -Prospect to and work with higher educational institutions, community colleges, vocational and career education centers and others to develop and maintain strategic partnerships
-Arrange and execute on-site and web demonstrations of all products and conduct other direct sales functions like email, phone, social media, etc.
-Track and update client information in the database and utilize this pipeline for future growth. Create development strategy to prioritize leads and conversion opportunities.
-Plan, attend and host open houses for partners to drive enrollment activity, liaison with administrators and conduct on-site visits to enhance relationships.
-Research, plan and attend conferences to drive and develop potential leads
-Develop, execute, and track targeted marketing plans or campaigns. This includes open houses, printed materials (such as syllabi, brochures, postcards, etc.) conferences and mailer campaigns or web.
-Collaborate extensively with multiple departments to maximize effectiveness and help create continuity and seamless communication.
-Monitor current events and maintain competitive analysis of marketplace to have full awareness of education sector of market share.
-Travel required (50-75%)

| Qualifications: | ESSENTIAL:
This individual must have strong oral and written communication skills, strong sales skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Must be proficient with basic computer skills and functions. High School Diploma or GED required.
Sales experience a must.
DESIRABLE:
Bachelors Degree preferred however will accept equivalent work experience.
