| Description: | We are currently looking for enthusiastic, self motivated, individuals seeking to further their career through our Inside Sales Team. As a representative of Career Step you will be a part of a dynamic team of talented individuals, in a fast paced professional business environment, offering first class medical training to interested applicants. This full-time position is primarily focused on assisting prospective students through the application process via inbound calls with follow-up outbound calls and emails as necessary. |
| Duties: | - Generate and qualify candidates through in-house lead program, cold calling, and upgrading current students.
- Execute the sales process via telephone with existing and prospective students including tracking/managing leads with initial and follow-up calls and emails.
- Phone presentations of our products and services.
- Attending trade shows and conferences

| Qualifications: | Minimum one-year telesales/outbound and organizational calling experience required.
Must have strong, professional communication skills and the ability to work as a team member or individually with sales goals.
Must be proficient with basic computer skills and functions.
Desirable: Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred, however, will accept equivalent work experience. |
