Inside Sales Representative/ Enrollment Adviser Position

Description:We are currently looking for professional, self-motivated, and experienced sales representatives with a mission to make the world a better place, one student at a time.

If you are the right person, you would work as an Enrollment Adviser (Inside Sales) offering career-focused training programs to individuals interested in stable healthcare, administrative, or technical career opportunities. This full-time position is primarily focused on assisting prospective students through the decision making and application process via inbound and outbound calls, live chat, and emails. This position does not involve cold calling.

Duties:• Effectively manage a sales pipeline and maintain a high enrollment rate
• Contact warm leads by phone to explain the career opportunities provided by the school
• Advise prospective students on selection of courses based on their individual education and vocational objectives
• Compile registration information and accept tuition payments
• Sales Representative will use a CRM ( to manage a pipeline of potential students
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment/sales targets
• Produce regular activity and sales forecast reports

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient computer skills.
